The world is moving faster and faster and the Inspired Leaders Network is adapting just as quickly.

Change is inevitable and we are no different.

Andy Rigg, the former Managing Director of ILN South Africa, has moved on to the sunny climate of Sydney to launch ILN Australia.

But this in no way means that we are neglecting our hugely successful operation in South Africa. On the contrary in fact.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Deshun Deysel as the new Managing Director of ILN South Africa.

Andy Rigg is not going away forever and whilst for the most part he will be at the upcoming Inspired Leaders sessions in spirit alone, we also expect to see him back from time to time in Johannesburg to catch up with everyone.

I’m sure that anyone who has attended over the last few years or come into contact with Andy would like to thank him for his invaluable contribution to leadership in South Africa.

And as we enter a new year, we welcome a new ILN. In 2009 the theme will be “leadership in turbulent times” coupled with “extraordinary times demands extraordinary leadership”.

Given this as our backdrop, Deshun will be using her extensive contact list to pull together an exciting, unique and special programme of leadership events in 2009.

The year before the most prestigious tournament to ever arrive on the African continent, the 2010 World Cup, rolls into town, we intend to keep inspired leadership firmly on everyone’s agenda.

So we’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a very happy Christmas and a fabulous 2009 and you’ll be hearing from Deshun very shortly with details of next year’s events.
