When it comes to brand icons, none do it nearly as well as Sir Richard Branson and his stable of Virgin brands. South Africa has become a happy hunting ground for the Virgin brand with Virgin Money and Virgin Mobile both recently hitting the ground running very fast indeed.

What is it really like being the custodian of such a prized and fast moving brand as Virgin? Does it just make it so easy, or is it the toughest job in the market because expectations are so unreasonably high from the outset. What does it take to impress Branson? Well we have invited 2 young and enterprising Virgins to share with us the real secrets behind the success of Virgin in South Africa. They will also share with us what it is really like working for the maestro, and living up to his reputation. Is he a great boss or just a great brand?
